In short: Expectde to see Mary poppins over the HIll
In full: First time run - really enjoyed the experience, just about made it to the 4K point uphill without stopping, then it was downhill all the way - hard to put the brakes on.
Defo do it again next year - but a litle more hill training - actually gota PB which was astounding!

In short: anti-mince pie run!!
In full: Just got back from this run - weather was great - should have took me sunglasses - small field, but a good flat route, with some small moguls on the way back -did'nt feel that good running - perhaps i'd over indulged with the mince pies - oh well, was great to be out - will do agian next year
