In short: Excellent
In full: Quite hilly. A very well organised and thought out race. Dry this year. It would be quire tough if rainy like the day before.

In short: Excellent as always
In full: Beautiful scenery, perfect conditions. Great race and marshalling. Nice tech tee shirt. Only minor flaw is I did not hear the start, need a foghorn or something. One of the best races around. Well done Tring !

In short: Mud in the sun
In full: Well organised muddy scramble run through streams and fields. Always fun but hard work. A highlight of the year.

In short: Great as always
In full: Great as always, splendid views especially as you come down towards pitstone hill. The last 1 mile on the road is hard though. 9.7M, but does anyone know how much ascent ? i would guess about 200-300M ?

In short: Excellent - Anyone with a GPS clock the actual distance ?
In full: Very good fun, but like some others I nearly missed a few turns. Would have been nice to have a medal and am not sure the "teal" t-shirt is me ! I saw a mile marker marked 12M but I am sure I ran only 10, or suddenly I am a much better runner than I thought (unlikely) - so if anyone ran with a GPS pls post what they think the distance was. Thks.

In short: Excellent well marshalled run
In full: Excellent run on one of the best circuits through the ridgeway. Lots of singletrack and a couple of big hills. Nice place to start at Tring Cricket club, but consequent run back along the road (1-2 miles) kills in XC shoes. One of the best runs around and a nice distance.

In short: Good for getting a PB
In full: The first 5K is pretty flat, then uphill between 6K and 7K, then downhill from 7K to 10K. Which is the perfect profile for a PB for me. The marshalling is good. Only negative comments would be needs more toilets !
