In short: Well organised. Not a course for PBs. Playful hills but nothing too severe. Very welcoming marshalls, esp person who started the race. Aill be back.

In short: A nice trail run with a steady inclines for most of the way. Beware the hills towards the end. I'm not sure it's any easier / faster than the previous course. The new start / finish is an improvement, due to the extra space.

In short: Everyone worries about the first hill, but it's the one at mile 19 that you need to be concerned about. The hills and distance make it a hard run, but the scenery and organisation more then make up for it

In short: Fast course, even if it's questionable whether it can be counted as a PB. Good marshelling, with clapping policemen. Nice feeling to end with a lap of a track - felt like the Olympics

In short: Nice setting. Fairly flat. Shame it clashes with Bristol half & Cardiff 10K

In short: Very nice race. Everyone friendly. The hill between 2 & 6 miles wasn't as bad as I'd expected, but it did go on a bit. I had more trouble at mile 18.

In short: Nice trail run. Decent scenery. Good support.
In full: Very well organised with little hassel. Lots of support and marshalls. Two small grumbles. Don't like the new timing chips: pain to attach to and remove from shoe (also not reuseable). Also would had liked year on medal or ribbon.
