In full: A value for money run a first class T/shirt, a cotton bag to save using these plastic things and goodese.A very flat run you have to be carefull not to run too quickly from the start.

In short: Well done by all involed
In full: This is a great well organised run.Everyone involved are everythig anyone could wish for. Maybe they could cut a little bit off the top of the hill at 10miles. This is the first time I have run this 1/2 but hope to do again.
