In short: Good course, a few challenging hills, but that just increases your sense of achievement crossing the line
In full: A few hills and bends but that breaks it up a bit. Great views and support from start to finish. The Bupa runs are more expensive than the average, but you do get the atmosphere and also increased number of emails with results, info, photos etc.
One thing they could improve on, they bring someone in to warm up the crowd for the start of the race, the mrs never saw him again and she was in later wave than me. If you're running in waves he needs to warm up people in waves surely??
