In short: Nice canal run with a great souvenir technical T-Shirt
In full: Nice route, and well organised, my only (minor) gripes were the waiting time for the goody bag and that the route was slightly longer than 10k.

In short: Usually well supported race, slightly let down by unseasonable rain.
In full: Having run this race in 2010 and being impressed by the crowd support this year didn't quite meet the same standard of support, but only because of some unseasonable rain which undoubtedly kept a few of the usual supporters indoors.
