In short: Lovely race - small and friendly
In full: Really friendly race - well organised and the extreme weather / wind conditions just brought everyone closer together. This was my third time and I will be back despite living many many miles away - well done and thank you to the organisiers!

In short: great scenic run with good support
In full: My 2 recommendations would be to change from plastic cups for the water to bottles and to provide more space to cross the bridge. It was such a hot day that some of the casualties might have been avoided by providing bottled water... cups just don't work when you are running! But great atmosphere and great support for such a small scale race. And thanks to WAITROSE for the fruit - nice touch!

In short: it was hilly - not bad, but hilly!
In full: Not very scenic in comparison to other city halfs I have done, but ok for a smallish half. Really liked being texted my chip time just 30 minutes after the race!! Please more drinks at the finish line... just a bottle of one sport drink would have gone down very nicely...

In short: Good smallish race
In full: I had a great time and managed a good PB despite lack of training! There could be a bit more support along the way - a band or something be nice to run home to.... but well organised otherwise. Lovely sunshine this year too!! Thanks :-)

In short: Brilliant Half!!
In full: I would recommend this race as a half marathon, great atmosphere and the hills did not feel too challenging, great crowd and good organisation. I came in with the samba band playing their drums and it just felt excellent! Thank you Nottingham, I be back next year - may be for the full!

In short: quite good fun
In full: hilly, but nice route, didn't like the 5 stiles you had to climb towards the end, but overall quite good fun really
