In full: A big thank you to Ipswich Jaffa club for making me feel so welcome. A warm greeting, very helpful team, and a smiley friendly running club. Also,a very fast course...despite the wind. Good idea introducing the plastic strips to "knot" the chip onto the laces!!

This is my local race and your organisation,friendly atmosphere,and charmng route made this a special day. It really is a great course route,and hills? Come on!! They are there to be attacked!!

In short: Thank you Biggleswade,a fantastic race,well organised and good marshalls,though the lady at the end slashing a black line on my number as I finished slightly worried me! I presume it was a counting issue!

In full: Generally enjoyed this,though a couple of gripes.Firstly,can you PLEASE sort the baggage system out for next year.This seemed a real mess and the last thing runners need is an hour long wait to pick up their belongings.
Also,at the time of writing,it appears that many of my fellow club runners have had their Bedford Harrier status ommitted from the results,causing some confusion.

In short: A great race,challenging but a good work out! A nice atmosphere createdby Northampton Road Runners. A little confusion over whereabouts of the HQ was a little blip but thanks to the pretty and friendly marshalls at the later water stop!
