In short: Lots of positives about this event! Worth repeating.
In full: As a local, this was a must-do. Very impressed with the organisation. Thankfully, the route avoided a nasty hill, and so improved chances of a PB. Traffic proved to be a bit of an issue especially for us slower runners struggling with the wicked twist at the finish! For a maiden event, it was excellent - well done!

In short: Good spring time event - worth repeating
In full: Good route via country lanes with beautiful houses for us slower ones to look at! I achieved a PB which was surprising but pleasing given the breeze & undulations. Organisation was excellent with enthusiastic marshalling - well done to all!

In short: As anticipated - excellent way to spend a morning with friendly marshalls and runners alike
In full: Not much training over the last couple of months due to Christmas & subsequent weather, so not expecting miracles. Still knocked over a minute off my previous PB, impressed with the organisation of the event and spent the morning with friends - what more could you want?!

In short: My first half
In full: Attempted just a couple of weeks after quite a serious cycle accident. Guaranteed a PB as it was my first race,so I just wanted to "enjoy" the experience. It lived upto expectations for friendliness, organisation & weather. Absolutely first class marshalling. Would have liked to have taken in more of the docks & Orwell Bridge - but certainly worth repeating. Oh, and my PB was 2.14, so very pleased!
