In short: Sheer Insanity
In full: Everything about this race was extreme. The weather -thunder,lightening,torrential rain, sunshine, showers & hail. The hills!! The terrain - muddy, slippery, rocky, submerged stepping stones, roots, trees, gates & stiles.
The emotions - fear, exhilaration, despair, elation. The pain - cramp Ahhh & the crazy enthusiastic marshalls.
How do you top this!

In short: Stunning scenery & treacle [oops sand!]
In full: Amazing run with just the right amount of hills,sand, mud, sand, rocks, roots & yet more wet sandy hills. Yippie. Thoroughly enjoyable trail run. Thanks to the fab marshals in halloween masks for being so cheery despite the weather. Well done BVR.

In short: Oh my God
In full: This is a tough race.Hills,hills & more hills.
It is treacherous in places underfoot & easy to
come a cropper on some of the downhill descents.Having said that it was a glorious day & great fun!! The organisation was superb. Marshals & water stations in all the right places offering sweets & encouragement.Medal,
Tech top & post race fry up fantastic.
