In full: Not too sure on the three lap senario but the course was flat so had good PB potential. Was a shame that half of each lap was covered in pot holes !

In short: Dont come for the scenery, come for the quick course !
In full: Same as last year, the scenery is unspectacular but the course is quick. There was a headwind for the last mile but still a great course.

In short: Well organised. Mildly challenging run.
In full: Orginisation was, as slways, very good. A couple of tricky inclines with the wind in your face but overall a nice course. And the added bonus of good weather !
