In short: Fast course and excellent organisation for a first-time event
In full: I live locally and often train here, so I was looking forward to this race. Considering it was the first-time it was run, the organisation was great and we started on time. I got a PB (by 9 seconds), so it is certainly a fast course. One small area for improvement is Greenbank road, where there were some cars parked on the road that we were running on, which caused some narrowing. Overall, an excellent event and I will be back next year. Well done.

In short: Very hard course with spectacular views. Good local support and friendly marshals. My one complaint is that there was not enough provision for energy/food at fluid stations so bring your own. Overall, a brilliant course that I may try again.
