In short: Slicker than slick
In full: Well done to all involved this race was brilliant. the start on time, the marshals so helpful, the cadets at the water station were fabulous and i easily got a bottle and a gel everytime. I smashed my PB, the hills were cheeky but with that there were some lovely flat and down hill stretches.Generous goody bags
Awesome weather too. Cant ask for more.

In short: harder than average challenging x country
In full: Some really great tracks and the course was great. Would have liked to see more water crossings, as was a bit tame!!!
Winning times showed that its not on par with some of the really tough/ suicidal courses out there. Some of the bottle necks made getting a rhythm hard, but thats life. Couldnt here the organisers at the start.
Great marshals though and the steps at the end were painful and the end was uplifting. Well done to all that finished, some very good times.

In short: muddy, wet all good fun
In full: Chasing horses, muddy and wet- a good outing for off road trainers. Route varied, but not too hilly, lovely through the woods but a few too much running around the perimeter of fields for my likeing. But thats just me!

T shirt at the end.

A good run if you like it off road- bit of everything.
