In short: brighton ceratinly rocked for me
In full: Brilliant race, marshalls, volunteers, crowds everyone fantastic but please sort that finish line out- tired emmotionaland this year extremely hot runners wanting to meet there family and friedns who couldn't reach the meeting point is not a good way to finish such a otherwise brilliant race!!

I'm alreay in for next year

In short: soooooooo much better
In full: Much better than last year, new route brilliant but PLEASE sort out the spectators crossing the course- its not fair on them or us! Apart from that it was fab and a PB for me too!!

In short: Not a bad marathon warm up
In full: Great 2 lap race, tadbit expensive when you had to pay for baggage drop and only recieved a mug! Route was ok- Hampton Court was lovely in the sun, some marshalls were interested and others were not! Route busy in parts but due to people running/walking 2 or 3 abreast and roads not shut so overtaking was hard and risky!
Did like the organisers honesty in the final instructions- that no matter how many toilets they provided there would never be enough! But maybe next time if the toilets are positioned on a road that is open and busy have someone controlling the queue so it is not blocking said road!
Overall I would do it again if I was feeling flush!

In short: enjoyed it- but a bit shambolic
In full: Can't really add much to the other comments but the marshalls deserve a big thank you!! I did enjoy it but maybe thats becuae I missed the queue to finish and didn't check in a bag- and in my opninion no race ever has enough toilets. Might be back next year if I was to get more for my money than just the medal....

In short: Not bad for my first race but doubt I'll be back
In full: As this was my first ever race I'd read all the previous reviwes and thought I'd made a hideous mistake! Now it wasn't as bad as I was imagining but there was a serious lack of toilets and water stations were already struggling and I (luckily) was somewhere near the front of the start. Overall it was a fun atmosphere but for the price (which did not include chip timing)I don't think I'll be returning next year
