In short: Great race really well organised In full: Fantastic race in good running conditions. Organisation was excellent with great race venue at the Hilton. Got race number within 30 seconds of arriving. Flat course with great PB potential. Best part of today was having the pacers. The 90 minute pacer helped me to a 4 minute PB and first time sub 1.30. Will definitely do again. Date of review: February 24, 2013

In short: Great race- very well organised In full: I really like this race. Perfect weather today - great course which is relatively flat but has an undulating section and a small off road bit - so lots of variety! Maybe not th fastest course as a few very tight turns but very enjoyable. Organisation was spot on. Definitely in the calendar for next year. Date of review: November 4, 2012

In short: Organisation fantastic - lovely route In full: Great event - the organisation was faultless. Marshalls and helpers were also fabulous as were the crowds who lined the streets. Great atmosphere in the villages and particularly at the race course. Course is hillier than I expected but not too bad. Will definitely run again. Date of review: October 7, 2012

In short: Fantastic race - great atmosphere In full: This was my first time running the Freckleton race and it definitely lived up to expectations. If only all races were this well organised! Everything was made easy - registration was really well organised, the course was well marked with plentiful water stops, and finish area was first rate.
The atmosphere was great in the villages we passed and I will definitley be doing this race next year. Weather was on the warm side so missed out on a PB but still really enjoyed the race. Date of review: June 18, 2012
