In short: Very impressed
In full: Really very good race, brilliant water stations with water in bottles, good atmosphere plenty of support. Weather a bit rubbish but can't avoid that. Goody bag was amazing saved buying lunch on the way back. Didn't mind the early start but thats personal preference. Well done Plymouth.

In short: Bracing could be one word......
In full: .....another could be wet and windy, but hey you are running in February! Well marshalled and great value run. Loved the cake/energy bar in the goodie bag. Course was just as described and hot soup in the pyramids top notch, just what was needed. Well organised run and on a better day good pb potential.

In short: Well organised and great value
In full: Really enjoyed this 2011 curtain opener. Really great organisation and although there was a bit of a hold up at the start it was brief. Loved the Buff have wanted one for a while. In the spirit of helping to suggest improvements I'd suggest bigger tags for the left baggage as the helpers could bearly read the tiny ones there. It would massively speed up reclaim. However that was a tiny improvement on an great and well organised run.

In short: A Curates Egg Half Marathon
In full: I liked the route but as everyone has said too congested and alot of people had piled to the start line with there being no way that they would hit that time. At 11,000 they need to sort out pens. The weather was amazing and I liked the runners village. I think I'd do again with friends but I was glad of my ipod (first time I've ever run a race with one) as previous comments had said it got a bit quiet.

In short: A very good trails half
In full: A really enjoyable race with some tough muddy paths but it is March. Lovely weather this year. Last 2 miles were very tough. First run out with my new Garmin 405 CX and that was very good as well. All in all nice race with a good quality medal at the end (and a bottle of fizzy lucozade).

In short: Well organised but I'll try and use the toilet before next year!!
In full: Enjoyed this one very good for a PB but make sure you over estimate your finishing time as there were alot of people in front of me that were NEVER going to do it in under 2 hours!! Food fair was amazing with loads of free stuff my family couldn't believe their luck and I topped up my finish banana with loads of stuff including choc milk. Happy days.

In short: Great organisation and amazing scenery
In full: This is my "local" half as I live in Andover. Really good organisation and a great feel not one for the faint hearted but a great introduction to trail running. I hope to try again next year and this time arrive a bit earlier!

In short: Great atmosphere and lovely scenery
In full: Well organised and fun half with a good number of people running. Goody bag as the name suggested was good, with some nice sugary flapjacks. Hit the spot.
