In short: Brings the jogger and the elite together
In full: I found a lot of people (spectators and those running) very supportive, and felt quite bad about not doing the same. The cheering crowds were great, and the music was fantastic! I did find it quite annoying that people who were in the pink and green waves were jumping into the blue- and even white and orange waves even though I know the marshals did their best.

In short: First race and didn't put me off
In full: I was pretty nervous about this race- espically when I saw all the club vests lined up at the front. 117 people raced which was quite comforting, with the finishing times ranging from sub 20 to over half hour. The marshalls were very supportive, as were several of the other runners. Nice sunny day (since it was forecast to rain earlier that week I was very thankful!) and the route was fantastic.

My only complaint has nothing to do with the race organisation itself but had to stop and wait for a dog owner to pull her dog out of my way (silly extension leads- couldn't even run around them!)

Loved the towel and stick of rock at the end, very orginial I think!
