In full: Excellet race - really enjoyed it but it was the hardest 10k ive run - the mud made it great fun

In short: V tough for a new runner but great fun
In full: Having never run more than 10k before I got a bit of a wake up call, especially with the hilly nature of the course, but I got round in one piece and had a great time. Brilliant rucksack at the end and the friendliness of the two runners from Tadcaster made a new runner like me feel wanted
