In short: First marathon and enjoyed it immensely. Thanks to marshalls/helpers/spectators
In full: The weather was good, as was the organisation, and the spectators really made the atmosphere special. They were the reason why I didn't just give up when my legs were aching!
Really liked the big screen and commentary showing the runners finishing.

In short: Enjoyed the race and got a PB
In full: Good route. Would have been nice to have a snack given at the end, but was able to pay for a massage, then a burger and drink at HQ.

In short: I wasn't at my best today, but this race was great!
In full: Many thanks to the organisers and marshalls, who all did a great job. The frequent water stations were well-stocked with sweets and wine, as well as water. Everything seemed to have thought of to make this a well supported and organised race.

In short: Enjoyed it very much.
In full: Organisation very good. Well supported by St John's Ambulance. Luggage transfer well done. The Ranelagh Harriers even arranged for it to stop raining. It was a lovely day. Thanks to all the marshalls.

In short: Good organisation. Pleasant route. Maybe too many runners?
In full: It seemed that there were more runners this year. Rather congested first couple of miles where I was. But I beat my time from last year.
Portable toliets did not have a sink or water to wash your hands, only gel for use with clean hands. Maybe cheaper to hire, but yuk!

In short: A great improvement on the reported race last year
In full: Everything went well; the organisation and marshalling were good. It was pleasant running, and I enjoyed running along the seafront.
