In short: Excellent and well organised race - flat, fast and scenic too.
In full: Every marshall supportive of all runners, lovely course and definitely one I will be back for next year. Plenty of parking, water stations if you needed them and a PB to boot - cracking Sunday morning. Well done to Selby Striders for organising this one>

In short: Great conditions today. well organised, credit to all those on water stations and marshalls encouraging all the runners
In full: Good first 9 miles but toughed it out for the last 4. Will be back to have another crack next year as PB eluded me today! Still enjoyed it regardless.

In short: Great setting - lovely off road challenging course
In full: Just got back and dried off! Today was hampered by the heavy rain making the route very wet, muddy and a whole lot of fun. Trail shoes got a good working out anyway. Lovely scenic course, well organised and a must in my mind. kept today as a longer training run rather than an out and out race. Big thanks to the marshalls who never stopped smiling and encouraging everyone on the course! Will be back next year.

In short: Well organised, good atmosphere and a chance to watch the elites coming back in too!!
In full: First time at one of these bigger events and enjoyed it. Aimed for a PB, got giddy and set out too fast and paid the price in the second half finishing under a min outside target(despite being well inside half way). Never mind, club winter hills and speed programme will cure that I am sure. Well done to all who ran either raising money or just enjoying running. Nice to see a good turnout.

In short: Perfect running conditions - PB by 9 mins. A good course for any standard of runner.
In full: Excellent event, well organised, good support. A tactical run over the first half with plenty of work up the couple of longish drags and make sure you save plenty for the last 6 miles when you can really go for it for a decent finish.

In short: Very windy today on the uphill out section, made it tough going for the first half. Can't argue with a PB by 2.5 mins though.
In full: Well organised and well done to all who ran especially the other BaHas!

In short: Did what it said on the tin - fast and flat - knocked 3 mins of my pb on this course.
In full: Nice scenery, running conditions perfect and a reasonable turnout given this was the first time this race had been organised. plenty of parking off road, clear signage to race hq and start. chip timing would be beneficial for those without garmins etc or starting near the rear of the pack. all in all a nice sunday morning at a well organised race. well done to those involved and thanks to the ladies who were setting the refreshments up - really helped with my "pre-warm up" warm up carrying some of their heavier items in for them!!!!

In short: Ran a PB in my local race so can't grumble at that!
In full: First 2/3 of race fairly quick - ensure you have some juice left in the tank for the latter part! A fairly tough 10K course overall and weather was perfect today for running.
