In short: Pleasant Race!
In full: A nice run on country roads with moderate hills which provided a nice challenge (although one of then was pretty tough at 7km). Nice scenery and last part of th race was on grass in priory park. Nice mid-week run!

In short: Toughest run I have entered!
In full: If it wasn't for such a good cause I would have put a lower mark on the value of this race. Ridiculous hills and two laps which is a little boring. Walkers were struggling to get up one of the hills and then the downhill was uneven and dangerous. There are better race for life causes. Atmosphere however was great which is down to the people who are running in this race as they are mostly running for people they care about.

In short: Well organised and good fun!
In full: Great 10k race with a couple of mildly challenging hills. Scenery is dull but the atmosphere is great and the goodie bags are fab. Average course for a PB.

In short: Challenging & Hilly but lovely scenery
In full: The first km was through the high street which was nice and the atmosphere was great then there was a gradual climb from 2km to 5km which is tough going. At 5km it changed from tarmac to grass and went down a very uneven surfaced grass hill and through a valley. I fell as I tripped on a tree route and grazed my arm and then an elderly gentlemen fell and seriously cut his head. I think they need more of a medic attendance at 7km as it is an accident zone.
The scenery was lovely and the last 3km was downhill which was a very welcome relief. At the finish the crowds were great and really encouraging which made the race worthwhile. Definately not a race for a PB.
