In short: Detox for the body and soul, other runners lift your spirit helping you to get up the hills.
In full: Once again a fantastic race although you wonder what you are doing there when you are half way up a hill clinging on for dear life! As always it's amazing just how many friends you make on the course, all struggling, but all encouraging each other.
A big thanks to the ladies who made all the great cakes, helps to get you round just dreamin gof them all.
Would recommend this race to anyone.

In short: fantastic setting
In full: Great race, fantastic scenery and glorious sunshine. Very friendly set up with a broad range of runners. would definately put this on my race calendar.

In short: Cakes!
In full: As everyone has said fantastic cakes. Would have loved a claen t-shirt to put on at the end of the race!
Amazing how social everyone becomes when you are faced with giant hills that you need to crawl up!
