In short: Well organised, well marshalled, good local low-key race
In full: It doesn't sound promising - three laps of a fairly dull course - but it works. I've done this race a few times and always enjoyed it. It's very well organised and marshalled, and has a friendly atmosphere.

In short: Dull-ish course, but good atmosphere
In full: Well marshalled and enjoyable race.
That said, having seen the comment below I'm a bit concerned about the distance. My GPS also measured it to be about a quarter mile short, but I had assumed that was the device, since the race website says it is an SEAA certified exact distance.

In short: Well organised, well marshalled race - highly recommended
In full: Strangely enjoyable despite the wind and the rain. Might even have been scenic, but I couldn't see much after my glasses got wet and steamed up!
Many thanks to the marshalls - not an ideal day for standing around, but all were cheerful and encouraging.

In short: Well organised race, good atmosphere.
In full: good pb potential too, if it wasn't for the heat. while it's not exactly scenic, it has a good mix of town, suburban and country running. a good summer half.

In short: Well-organised, friendly, local race
In full: A friendly, well-organised local race, with some short-ish but challenging hills. Not exactly scenic - leafy suburban streets mostly - but not unpleasant.

In short: Well-marshalled, friendly local race.
In full: Not exactly scenic, but that didn't seem to matter. Fairly flat, so definite PB potential.
