In short: Enjoyable run with a challenge or two
In full: This was the second year I've run this race as it's fairly local. The course runs through a golf course starting and finishing on an office park. The genral route takes you round many bends and various undulations. The hardest comes at 7k but is not a real killer, just a suprise, as you do not see it coming until you start up it. The Marshals did a good job and most were encouraging. A bigger turn out this year however a pity more people do not attend this friendly, well run and enjoyable event.I will be back again next year without a doubt.

In short: well organized and enjoyable 10k
In full: Well organized event. Nice warm up route to the start line.Marshells gave good clear instructions and very good support. Fast course managed to get a P.b. Although the roads were not closed to cars the traffic was not a problem.

In short: enjoyable morning
In full: The race was well organised, plenty of signs. The marshals were very encouraging and enthusiastic. The route was alot more hilly than I thought which kept me on my toes wondering what was round the corner. A new pb made it all the more worthwhile. Will be back next year.
