In short: Surprisingly scenic and enjoyable race
In full: It was only my 2nd half after Robin hood (notts) in Sept this year. I felt Leic was tougher but far more enjoyable, I was really pleased with the route and it is nice that not too many running, that last mile is a killer though. I am writing this whilst I feel positive because the reality is I missed my PB by 3 seconds so tomorrow I will be a little miffed I dare say! Well done to the organisers and all the marshalls...please make it 10am next year! Good T-shir and medal.

In full: My 1st ever road race, felt very comfortable...well until someone told me it was soooo hilly! Was very satisfying to know it was so tough and do pretty well afterwards. As I say it was very hilly but scenic in parts and freindly. Tons of water stations (Which after just completing another 10k race this weekend with only 1 water stop at 7km) I can tell you it is very welcome. Loved it.

In full: Quite enjoyed the race, not too hilly not too easy. Didnt find it overly freindly though. My biggest dissapointment would be that there was only 1 water station at 7km. I am sure I was told there was one at 4km or 5km. Oh yeah seemed to be a few km markers missing, I was desperatly looking but could see 4 of them.
