In short: a really well organised event especially for the 1st one
In full: if you want a good quick course this could be the one weather permitting

it was very hot this year
the lad who won was from Kenya and even he said before the race it was a bit hot

In short: could not fault the course best route yet
In full: Re previous posts elite starts if having one then make it seperate and numbers only given on proof of time

Was in need of the loo at the end no sign posts no one I asked could direct me

In short: enjoyed the run ran slower than last year used as a training run really friendly
In full: used my gps found the mile markers short till 19 long last mile made 20
tee shirt made me laugh with its tongue in cheek comment
I think the weather caught a few folk out got my forehead sunburnt
will be back next year could still do with more drink stations doesnt bother me as I carry my own

In short: done this race several times I think the hill at 5 miles gets longer can we have the wind tunnel turned off next year and the heaters on and the hill after 10miles 'the graveyard' this either makes or breaks your run but as the man said I'll be back
