In short: A muddy, wet duathalon ;-)
In full: Fantastic fun, very friendly race. Hard, but great encouragement along the way. Hilly, but not as bad as you might think. Fun obstacles and a free physio massage that hurt more than the race. Can't recommend it enough, even the goody bag was good, though if you're doing it for the medal you may be disappointed...

In short: Great first ten miler..
In full: Mine (and my dog's) first time running ten miles, great fun. Good organisation and chunky medal if you're doing it for that ;-). Not much atmosphere at finish, but then it's a big venue...

In short: Great fun, bit different.
In full: Nice undulating run, few uphills and views, nothing steep. Personally, no complaints on gravel, managed a little sprint at end. Def back again, though be enhanced by a little town centre section ;-)

In short: Fun run
In full: Late for registration and start, so just had a good relaxing, run with my dog, (who always enjoys the attention). Great atmosphere and thought the walkers/public were very understanding when getting out of the way!
