In short: Grotty weather made it feel like more of an achievement!
In full: My first half-marathon. Friendly marshalls and excellent goody bag. Downside was that we only just made it to the start line in time because of the shuttle bus from the showground. Unfortunately there were others still waiting for transport after it had started.
