In full: A great course, mainly off road through the local woods and tracks - good fun in the mud. Loads of friendly encouraging marshals.

In short: A great run through the woods, with a little added sting
In full: An undulating course through the woods, with encouraging and enthusiastic marshalls. Unlucky about the hornets as I regularly run that path and have never seen them before.

In short: Very friendly, great route with excellent marshalling.
In full: A range of surfaces underfoot from track to tarmac to grass, mainly away from traffic. Great support from the marhalls all the way round. Something for all the family, with children's races, refreshments and homemade cakes. Well done Allsorts.

In short: Great friendly atmosphere and scenic course
In full: My first 10k. A well organised run with great scenery (and a few hills!). Many thanks to the enthusiastic marshals for their encouragement. Very useful bright orange technical running top - will definitely be seen on dark evening runs.
