In full: First time I've done the race, great scenary, at last I know now what goes on at the rifle range. Bargain for the cash, pity about the wind, if anyone did a PB well done.

In short: forget trainers come in flippers
In full: Character building, just when your trainers nearly dried out soaking wet again. Will they ever recover. Whose idea was the towel, well useful. I will remeber this paddle (race) for ages next time someone moans about the weather.

In short: great atomsphere virtually all off road marshall 10/10
In full: hot again, sand dunes a killer again. If you want a PB go elsewhere, if you want a great friendly race with fantastic views see you in 2006. All for good cause too. My ten year old loved her first 3k fun run, hopefully it will get her in the mood for more training for next year.
