In short: My first Debmead 10k and certainly not my last
In full: I think if this race could attract a couple hundred more runners then they would be able to close the roads off. Really nice race and well oragnised, perfect warm up for the great south and managed a PB.

In short: My first crack at the victory 5M. The only faults were a very bunched start which gave me a slow 1st mile and the terrain around IBM was shocking. Apart from that very enjoyable and got a respectable time.
