In short: Why the hell did I bother?
In full: I ran this in 2003 as a jolly but 2004 was as a pre-mara training run. God knows why I went back. Poor access, over expensive and poor organisation at the start meant for the second time I had to jump over barriers to get some clear grass.

Fortunately it clashes with berlin this year so no chance of a repeat.

In short: Highlight was beating Steve Cram through 11 miles although he put on a trademark sprint finish to end up well ahead of me.
