In short: Fast, flat and scenic
In full: Excellently marshalled, I thought they almost had too many at times which was a first! It certainly didn't stop them doing their job - very encouraging and well organised. A nice flat run along the Thames, got a PB - will definitely be back next year.

In short: Poorly marshalled
In full: Half the 10k field got lost because there were no marshalls or signs at a crucial turning point. Instead there was a marshall on a straight path to tell us to keep going straight. Complete waste of time and money. I heard this happened last year as well. The half marathon had all the help and looked fairly well organised - the 10k was practically forgotten.
