In short: Fast as we seem to go down more than we went up......but the course was circular, strange but no complaints!
In full: Great little race and a PB by over a minute...come on sub 36 you will be overcome soon!
Very well organised with possible the youngest bag drop team/chip time printing team in the history of the sport....well done you guys!
No idea what the problem is with 'only' getting a bottle of water and a Xmas pudding at the end? This is a local fun raiser for the school, the more they give out the less they get to keep.
The only improvements I would recommend is either a wider starting place or instructions of where people should stand at the start + 'a 400m to go' sign would be nice as even though I'd run past the finish twice by brain had shut down near the end and so I had no idea how close to the finish I was?!?!

In short: Does what is says on the tin!
In full: Great race, excellent organisation and a what is the problem with the views? Someone else on here has already said it but I was concentrating on getting around as quickly as I could. I spent most of the time staring towards the next person to pick off! I almost missed the view of the IoW as I was trying not to fall apart.
Well done and thanks to all involved!

In short: What is not to like apart from the mud, ditches, mud, steep up hill sections, mud, long slippery down hill section and the special shinny smelly mud? Seriously this is what running is all about great crowd, great place, great race. Why oh why more
In full: What is not to like apart from the mud, ditches, mud, steep up hill sections, mud, long slippery down hill section and the special shinny smelly mud? Seriously this is what running is all about great crowd, great place, great race. Why oh why more people don’t race off road is beyond me! Special mention to all the marshals without which the race couldn’t go ahead…..especially the lass around mile five who most definitely didn’t fall ar*e first into the brown stuff while getting ready to clap as I passed. You see I told you I could keep a secret….dooh! See you again next year

In short: Mud, mud, glorious mud
In full: Great race as usual and the towel option at the end was a nice change. With reference to the first lost shoe in the very first field...well 'The other man' that was me! Don't make that mistake as cold hands and a well tied shoe means only one thing when you need to undo laces in a hurry - that wasn't just mud I tasted on my laces!!!
