In short: Weather made this tougher this year!
In full: A good idea to do races like this for a change from flat road races. Very reasonable entry fee. Support was excellent considering the appaling weather (was good all day except when the race was on!), support also from walkers and local people on the hill much appreciated. Not one for PB's really (I was 3 mins slower than last year) but a good challenge and nice for anyone just to finish really.

In short: My first one - glad I did it.
In full: This was my first ever marathon. Weather was ideal. The course is through lovely rural areas around Worcester. Enough water/sports drink stations but could have done with one at about 17/18 miles (none between 14 and 20.5 miles). Entry to the starting site at the Six Ways rugby ground was a bit chaotic (one guy collecting £3 for parking caused tail-backs onto roundabout by M5 junction so organisers will have to sort this out for next year; the start was delayed by 15 mins). Excellent encouragement by marshals and local villagers throughout. Would do this again to support my local marathon race and St. Richards Hospice also benefits.

In short: First HM - would do this on again.
In full: Most reviews have pretty summed this one up. Great organisation and friendly atmosphere. Wind did me in in last couple of miles though but that is Malvern for you!

In short: My first 10k race - very good experience.
In full: I would have to concur with the previous members commenting on this race. Although the weather was not great, there was a fantastic atmosphere with 900 runners and also friends/family in support and for a good cause. The route was in the main not too challenging (I went faster over this distance than ever I think) around the docks and cathedral in the city. Also - very heavily marshalled and well organised.
