In full: As a first time marathon runner, this was one the most painful but also one the most amazing experiences of my life. The people of London are amazing and make the event what it is. Wasn't bothered about a PB but can appreciate that it's not the course to be trying for one either due to a lot of walkers early on and some congestion. Cracking day and as the aches subside, the more I begin to think about the ballot for 2011!

In short: Needn't repeat what has already been said. Brightonians and Brighton makes the race. The organisers need a serious dressing down. Congested start, poor finish and very lucky to be leaving with my belongings! Shame. Potential to be amazing!
