In short: Great race.
In full: Second time for this race, as before very well organised, great support from marshalls, perfect weather to boot and a great tech t-shirt this time round. Many thanks to everyone involved!!

In short: Fantastic organisation, well done Clowne!
In full: The toughest course I have done, undualating/hilly is spot on and yes I ache in new places! The scenery and bright sunshine made up for the hills.
Extremely well organised, excellent marshalling, well manned water/sponge stations with bottles, great crowd support and a fab t-shirt at the end.
Many thanks to everyone who helped with the organisation of this race.

In full: Dull scenery in parts, great support and very enjoyable along the half way mark (miles 6-8) and music was a nice touch.
First couple of water stations very unprepared.
Disapointing for a big city race....expected more!!

In short: A nice race needs better organisation
In full: Entry fee expensive for a 10K espeacially when you have to collect your race number on the day, would have prefered an extra hour in bed!! Registration area needs to be closer to the car park as it was a chilly morning and most people went back to their cars to wait for the start, plus baggage area would be useful...
On a positive note it was a great course, mainly flat with a couple of hills, got a PB today sub 50mins. great atmosphere, good support from the crowd and marshalls, bottled water at the finish and a medal, would do this again if the negatives can be addressed for next year.

In full: Great organisation from 2pointb. Course was mildly challenging, managed a 10K PB. Very enjoyable morning out for the family with a very pleasant start time. Kids enjoyed the fun run. Thank you to all involved.

In short: Great event with good local support
In full: Well organised apart from the 1st drinks station where you had to wait for water. The marshalls were very encouraging and the local support was brilliant, the 'Half Way' sign was a nice touch. Not a PB just happy to get round the course as it was so hot. Nice t-shirt.

In short: Great location, found laps tedious.
In full: Great location for an evening run, flat and fast. This was my first laps race and found it very tedious, though the heat did not help. I agree the marshalls were miserable and not enough water stations.

In short: Scenic
In full: Very scenic run with great support all the way along the course. I missed quite a few of the mile markers on this race possibly because of the narrow lanes. Mainly flat, with a couple of hills between 8 and 11 but nothing major, hence a PB for me!
Great t-shirt, very nice touch having all the runners names on the back.
Plenty for the kids to do whilst running this race.
Only a couple of gripes, the ladies toilet queue before the race, blocked toilets....and no bottled water at the finish.

In full: Really enjoyed this race, my first half marathon. Marshalls and police presence was excellent, plenty of water stops. Well organised and a good atmosphere, would definitely do this race again.
