In short: Lovely well marshalled race around some of the Peak District's peaks. Could we have it a little drier and less than gale force winds next year though please.

In short: Excellent organisation. 20 good miles just the right length of time before London
In full: Slightly tougher with the undulations, especially the last drag up to the finish, than I was expecting and the wind in the places made life difficult. But can't fault the organisation, the water stations (bottles, gels & jelly babies), the goody bag or the bright blue hoody.

In short: Always a favourite race in an otherwise quiet month
In full: Icy conditions added to the challenge, but otherwise a well organised race with many supportive marshals and a useful breathable t-shirt for a momento.

In short: Scenic course, easy countryside running apart from hills at the start and the end
In full: Pleaseant scenic, and surpisingly fast, course. Work up the hill in the first 2 miles and enjoy the gradual downhill for the next 10.
Bit pricy if you enter on the day and so miss out on the t-shirt.

In short: Well organised, scenic, but tough
In full: Well organised race with plenty of marshals all along the route. Uphill for about 5 miles, down for 4 and a hill to finish for good measure.
