In short: Muddy, fun, wel organised
In full: I enjoyed the race although, I regretted not owning any trail shoes as the mud was slippery on the park sections. That was a bit annoying on the finish straight where there was a danger of slipping over during the sprint. Overall a really good run though, through lovely park scenery.

In short: Quick but scenery a bit boring, well organised.
In full: Personally this was an excellent race as I improved my PB by over nine minutes. The course is basically flat and although there was a bottle neck for the first mile and a half there are plenty of opportunities to overtake if you're prepared to go off fast. This was only my second half and I definately enjoyed it, it was well organised and the post race snacks and water were very welcome.

In short: Tough run but great atmosphere and lovely scenery
In full: I had been warned about the hill on mile 10 and it certainly didn't disappoint! I managed to keep running but there were a large number of people reduced to walking. Run through the beautiful Kent countryside with villagers turning out to cheer us on and at one point douse us with very welcome cold water were excellent!
I managed to run a PB which was very pleasing considering the heat and the hill.

The event was very well organised, parking was easy and the team handing out water, snacks and taking the timing chips at the finish were very slick.

All in all a very well organised event which I really enjoyed running and I'm already looking forward to next year!

In short: Beautiful surroundings, well organised, hill quite tough
In full: I had a great run including a pb and I enjoyed the on various surfaces to run on. The hill after the first km felt somewhat steep especially on the second lap. The organisation was good, although I walked there so I don't know how good or bad the parking was. All in all a splendid morning run in a beautiful park.
