In short: Excellent day out, shame about the water
In full: Agree with everyone else's view - a real shame not to have bottled water though I suspect not having it makes the clearing up task easier. Very long walk to get any drinks at the end too but who would expect such a hot day in March?! Generally very well organised and a fast race, thanks to the weather in particular the support all the way round was excellent. Minor niggle - getting out of the car park was a bit of a nightmare. We expected it but the club should properly advertise baggage facilities (I believe available at the club) which would encourage people to take the train and leave the car at home instead. Good goody bag overall but I liked the trophy instead of the medal which looks better on the mantelpiece!
