In full: Lakeland Trails excellent as ever, lovely atmosphere. Disappointed that despite crossing the line with race number in tact I wasn't recorded on the results list, good job I'm still not up there!

In short: A real joy to be a part of, birthdays, births and wedding proposals! The course was spectacular. The run was guelling but rewarding
