In short: Tiny changes make for a big difference.
In full: Course has been changed slightly from previous years and in my opinion had greatly improved the race. A better start, only 50m on grass at the finish, and what seemed like more downhill’s than up! Accurately measured with each marker was within 5 feet on my GPS. Good standard field and lots of locals too. Perfect. Great organisation, I'll be back for my 4th outing next year. Well done West Cheshire AC.

In short: QUICK
In full: Really quick course, well organised, great field. A good one if your in PB shape, otherwise it's a bit dull and lifeless. Would certainly do again.

In short: Very flat, quick 10k
In full: Great course, lots of straight. flat traffic free roads. Organisation was excellent. Good bag was decent enough. Only gripe, cotton race t-shirt, no use to a runner. Tech t-shirt next year please.

In full: Not as quick as cliamed in my opinion. Lots of roundabouts and a few short inclines that cause you to slow down enough to make a PB attempt difficult. The marshalls were excellent and very supportive. The race was organised well as ever by Spectrum Striders.

In full: Good race, nice quick course, decent field just a shame about the weather! At the person who wanted photo's I think it was Mick Hall photography at the race today.

In full: Good little race at a bargin price of £5. Nice chance to run the high street, the cheering crowds made it all the more fun too. Hope they do it next year too. Well done running bear for sorting it. Just wish the finish wasn't so hidden - no time for a sprint finish!

In short: Good 5 mile (and a bit!) race
In full: My second year at this event. Always a good race, altered ending made the course slighty long. My GPS had it exactly right upto 4 miles then final distance was 5.13 - which fits with a 20 second longer split (even though I was pushing hard.) But all in all a good race and well run. Just change the end back to normal!

In short: Great fast, well organised race
In full: Great race – fast, flat and scenic. A stunning field to boot – a fair few sub 30 boys kicking around!! Course is good for beginners as it's flat and there are plenty of slower runners to mix in with. Organisation and marshalling are superb. Goody bag was good, medal, drink, food and a 5 pound sweatshop voucher!

In short: Rewarding scenery and well organised
In full: Really well organised and marshalled, big thank you too all who gave their spare time. It is (as billed) a hilly route but the views make it worth while and the more experienced runner should be use to hills like this. There are lots of downhills to make up for it too. Good technical t shirt, not like the cotton ones I wouldn't wash my car with! Good atmosphere at the end with the music and spectators cheering. Not a PB chasers course but that's not what running is about is it?! I'll be back next year. Free race photo's too - Cheers Bryan!

In short: 'Slight incline'
In full: Good race, nice first 4km on a bypass - flat and quick. For the second half of the race I was promised a 'sligh incline' at 5km which actually turned out to be a tad more than 'slight' and there were infact two inclines. The rest of the course is undulating with a nice downhill finish. The Addidas technical t-shirt is top quality and looks the part too. Good mix of beginners and club runners. Not a fast course due to the diffiuclt middle KM but nothing to be worried about. Good orginisation, but sadly not much atmosphere around the route. Goody bag was the usual sack of flyers and oat bar, but like I said the race fee was justified by a high quality shirt and medal.
