In short: One race you just have to do!!
In full: Couldnt believe it was as hot as last year, but the heat just adds to the challenge. Managed to beat last years time by 6 minutes which was a bonus. Very well organised and all went smoothly, it was nice to see lots of drink stations round the course because they were badly needed in the heat. The St Johns staff and paramedics had lots of work to do, well done to them all. See you all next year
