In short: Good run made better by the fabulous weather!
In full: Enjoyed it loads - Thank You to all the Marshalls who gave up their Sunday morning to support the race...especially the Lovely Lady who looked after my FABULOUS new running T-Shirt in the baggage hall! Speedy and undulating route - GREAT training run!

In short: A great event, well organised, friendly race...just don't get too carried away in the first few miles!
In full: A PB for me - HURRAH! It was worth a turn of the head to look back at some amazing undulating (key word!) hills (behind me!!), the crisp, autumnal weather made it perfect! A couple of ascents which certainly challenged my, by then fatigued legs (ouch!), The drinks/ gel stops, marshals, support at the end - guy on the bike(!?!) for a lot of the the route - THANK YOU for your support! ALL good! The only thing I would say - next year can someone turn down the blower on the last half mile home stretch!!!!!? That wind was mean! ;0)

In short: ...OMG...I can't move! REALLY enjoyed it ;0)
In full: ...so, BBC Review: "Elite runners...club runners...we had to limit entries to HARDENED runners - OMG I should have read the small print ;0)GREAT run, HARD - but manageable because it offered a varied course and the scenery was AWESOME! Marshalls - THANK YOU, your encouragement was appreciated! Slightly 'clubby', kind of made 'one' feel like the underdog! I sacrificed a place in the GNR for this - I can't walk BUT it was worth it! Bring on next year.

In short: FANTASTIC!!!! Would love to do it again some day
In full: Had a FANTASTIC day and the weather was perfect! The support was amazing...I am still boring people talking about it!Lots of water stations - thank you :0) The only thing I would say...and it's minor - is that I thought there might be more of a 'festival' feel at the start like the GNR...BUT it was great to run around my old stomping ground ;0) Defo a life long favourite!

In short: THANKS FOR THE...CARRIER BAG?!?
In full: LOVE Brighton so was excited to do a race there despite recovering from 'Manflu...double double pneumonia'! Good points: you can't beat a run along the sea front especially when the weather is fantastic as it was on Sunday! Down points: A few 'bottle neck' areas which (ehem...any excuse!) slowed the flow a bit. Was good to see the finish line...I am soooo pleased to read I ran longer than I thought! Odd to be give a carrier bag filled with...NOTHING!
