In full: This was a very well organised race especially for its first year. All the marshalls were really supportive, which was a good job as there weren't many spectators especially towards the end.
Great medal and goodie bag thanks to HH.
It was my second ever marathon and it was tough going even the down hill sections were a killer towards the end. I didnt think I was going to make it past the halfway point, shame the music got switched off halfway through the race.
Brilliant scenery, a lovely location for a picnic.
All in all a good event (brilliant if you're an experienced off-road racer with a high tolerance to pain and a serious amount of determination). Well done Trail Plus.
