In full: Picturesque, difficult (if you jog/ run consistently) Have juice instead of food before doing this race! I aim to do this every year. Some people don't do all three laps, but it's a great feeling to do so. Goodybag was banana, lipbalm, water, medal, chocolate (not dairyfree)
