In full: Incredibly tough , I only did the half so cannot really comment on how tough the full must have been but knowing roughly the route I agree it probably was too much for some ; but a quick flick at the map or instructions would have warned you . Excellent marshalling & h2O stations ; if it could be an April or May event in 2011 , or even earlier it would be sensible. Without being too dramatic , I honestly thought a fatality would not have been too surprising given the course & the weather . I think I'll be back.

In short: Toughish Course , Well marshalled & very friendly ; Parking exit a Nightmare though
In full: Have run this last couple of years & although the downhill in first 1.5/2 miles gets you going, it always makes me feel a bit leggy for the rest of the 1st half. Echo all the comments below about lack of a Tshirt for the price of the entry fee. Good marshalling though & well done to the army cadets water marshalls . But Organisers if you are going to retain this venue , you MUST sort out the parking - ONE Hour to get out !
