In full: What more can I say, I think an official apology is in order and all runners should be peronally invited back next year free to enter. I don't know what Goole viking runners where doing organisation wise. I can't believe a running club would be so bad. In fact I'd say the race was un-safe for the runners.

In short: not as fast as they made out.
In full: Pb maybe if you're on fire on a cool day.otherwise go for the narrow twisting lane finish. quite a buzz.

In full: mentally tough because of multiple laps but fast if not too windy. It was dodge the vomit last year.
