In short: I don't think Edinburgh can produce a really fast course
In full: This course is much harder than the 2005 course and much more susceptible to wind. The off road section at Gosford house was unnecessary also. Overall it doesn't rank particularly high in my marathon experiences.

In short: Good PB race but organisation was poor
In full: The issues re organisation have all been mentioned above.
I could see the issues even though to the most part they didn't affect me (started at the front, finished in 1h27 therefore start and finishing issues not a problem.
Goodie bag could have had more and ChampionChip Timing should really be standard nowadays at £20 plus

In short: Race Cancelled due to ridiculous weather conditions. Even though unexpected some kindof system to inform runners of cancellation would be good.
