In short: Good event, a little expensive though and a terrible t-shirt. Easy to get to, well organised, plenty of toilets and certainly not a hilly course.

In short: Congested start and a lot of hanging around before the start due to having to collect running chip at least an hour before the start.
In full: Allow an extra £5 for Car parking at this event, no concession is made for competitors

In short: Superb race. Challenging in places, but well worth the effort.
In full: Free car parking and shuttle bus a really nice touch. Hope to bring some club mates from Dumfries Harriers with me next year

In short: Thanks to the team who worked so hard on race day
In full: This year was the second time we have staged the race and I think we will now try and make it a permanent fixture on the race calendar.
I acknowledge that the toilets are not adequate and for next year we will hire portaloos for the event. Unfortunately we are coming under pressure from the Forestry Commission to pay for the use of the facility and, together with the cost of toilets, next year we will no longer be able to retain the very low entry fee.
Thanks again to everyone that officiated at the race and for the support of all those who took part.
